Looking at the similarities and differences, what pattern or trend can be drawn?

The differences are obvious from reading and comparing the records ... so what is this about with "drastic differences" ?

I don't think so ... I consider all to carry equal weight as inspired writings

"More instructive" in what regard? what are you talking about?

Differences may be due to a different purpose regarding which aspect of the Messiah each record is meant to convey

I don't think so .... but then, what do you mean with "conflict" in your question?
