    Reformed,

Perhaps, you need to review what the church is:

    • The church is God's agency or institution for the salvation of people. Christ identified Himself with the Church so much, that when Jesus appeared to Saul of Tarsus, He said to Saul in Acts 9:4: "Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?" (NKJ). Saul was not persecuting Jesus directly, but by persecuting the Church he was persecuting Christ.
    • The Church was invented by God and not man. Paul says to Timothy:

    "" (1 Tim 3:15-16 NKJ).

    • The church doesn't belong to the pastor or the local leaders, but it's the Church of God. The church is the people. The building houses the people. It's a place for fellowship, worship, study, training for service in the community and reclaim inactive members. The church is obligated to give visitation as one of its direction and supervision to the work. The church is a place for all those at various level of in their Christian Journey. The church is a training center to train to evangelize and house of prayer for all, even those of the LGBTQ community.
    • The church is expected to be actively engaged in leader others to Christ. She is to reach across cultures. Establishing new friendships within the church is not always easy. For a new member who is outgoing and gregarious, it may be easier; many others, however, find it difficult to take the initiative. In such cases, the church itself must reach out and take the initiative instead.

Just the basics. We can look at how the Bible describes the church next time. CM

No you are the one that needs a review with your liberal theology.

What is your view of church with your apparent "conservative" theology? In short, what is the purpose of the church? just don't oppose, please, share some practical pointers. Thanks. CM

Again, this depends on what you are talking about when you use the word "Church"

Are you referring to the true believers of Christ? Or are you referring to a service that is meant for feeding the flock?

    Dear, Dear, Reformed,

If you have missed what I said above, please share if you like:

    1. What is the role and purpose of the church, on the earth, this side of the return of Jesus, of "true believers of Christ"?
    2. What in your view is the content of "a service that is meant for feeding the flock", on the earth, this side of the return of Jesus?
    3. At what time do you (your church/personally) reach (witness, befriend, aid, encourage, etc.) out to Muslims and the LGBTQ community, via what vehicles?

If you haven't thought about it or don't have any plans to reach the above groups, you may want to consider doing so in the near future. CM

    Mr. Reformed,

With the passing of time, now, are you willing to answer my questions? In doing so, add these to the ones who may appear on your church's door steps:

    • Omnisexualityis the sexual, romantic or emotional attraction towards people regardless of their sex or gender identity.
    • Pansexual people may refer to themselves as gender-blind, asserting that gender and sex are not determining factors in their romantic or sexual attraction to others.

Is America fighting back, with its most recent state laws, or accommodating trans-genders in the US Military under Biden? CM

    1. The purpose of the church (meaning believer's) is to serve Christ.
    2. I'm talking about actual church services are for Believer's, not non-believers.
    3. Any time that is appropriate. This is not rocket science.

Is there no "church" in any denomination for transgendered people? CM

  • Since there are no transgender people, there would not be a "church for transgender people ...

Let's keep the main thing, the main thing. The Gospel proclamation is not merely a matter of passing on information about salvation. It's:

    1. A call to discipleship
    2. A call to repentance
    3. Reconciliation with God and humankind
    4. It also includes a call to call others. Like Paul of old, we should endeavor to win others by all means—any means that is legitimately effective.

This includes people who called themselves "transgender". "As a man thinketh in his heart..." CM

yes, it includes people who have mental problems (demons?) ... so what to do? be evangelized by them into their problem ?
