The Born Alive Bill, which states that if a baby is born alive during an abortion it must receive proper medical attention, was blocked by Democratic Senator Patty Murray of Washington.

It is beyond me how anyone with a conscience could oppose this bill. We are not talking about a late-term abortion. We are talking about a child who is born. They can claim that abortion is not murder, but they cannot claim that this is not advocating for infanticide. It is.

The Virginia governor said as much. He said they will keep the baby comfortable if the parent wishes and then have a discussion.
